Enter your email address in the “username” field of the log in screen and then select “forgot password”. If you have an active plan, you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password. Once the password has successfully been reset, you will be able to enter your email address in the “username” field on the log in screen and your new password to log into the CAP Advantage App.
